The Contour team were treated to a wonderful day at the Swinton Park cookery school under the supervision of chef Steven Bulmer.  Steven has spent his career working with top chefs in some of the best restaurants in the world including Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.  It was a fantastic opportunity to cook with many Gaggenau appliances and create some superb dishes.  Thank you to Steven and to Gaggenau for such an informative culinary experience.
