The British Summers are always unpredictable but the recipe below gives you a beautiful barbecue flavour whatever the weather.  Just spread over your favorite meat or fish and leave to infuse, preferably over night.  Take the dish out of the fridge about 20 - 30 minutes before you want to cook and then either place on a hot grill or oven bake.   This marinade keeps for up to six months so you can still enjoy Summer flavours long after the barbecue has been packed away.
