What happens on the Contour journey?

Many of our customers are unsure of the process when thinking about a new kitchen. We have put together a visual guide explaining the Contour customer journey from initial enquiry to your beautiful finished kitchen. We are there for our customers through every step. 

 

Customer Enquiry: 

Following a warm welcome, our designers will give you a tour of the studio and demonstrate the features of each kitchen display. Consultation - This is an in-depth meeting to establish your kitchen requirements and explore potential appliances, worktops, lighting and door finishes. 


Site Survey: 

A member of our team will visit and conduct a complete measured survey, and design work begins. We bring to life your dream kitchen as well as develop the very best concepts for your space. 


Presentation: 

When we are happy we have found the best solution, we invite you back to our studio and present the designs. During these meetings, you can highlight the areas and aspects you like and point out any elements you'd like to change. 


Contract: 

Once you are 100% happy with your kitchen design, we prepare a contract for you. Once agreed, we will continue to work with you and make any further revisions to the plan that may be necessary. 


Order processing:  

After placing an order, we create a custom project plan and monitor progress until installation begins.


Delivery and installation:

A team member will be there on the day of the delivery along with our experienced fitters. We strive to minimise disruption whilst delivering the very highest standards of installation and finishing. 


Aftercare 

A team member will visit your home to conduct a post-installation check, issue guarantees and process any remedial work. 



Contour continues to work with our customers many months after installation to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
