We're delighted to announce that we were recently recognised for our commitment to customer service at this year's Cheltenham BID Awards, as voted for by fellow businesses and the local public.
We were officially named as winners in the Customer Service category during a special drinks reception at The Old Courthouse, Cheltenham, on Thursday, 5th April.
The event itself was incredibly well organised and held in beautiful surroundings. It was very humbling to be recognised as a leader in customer service as it's an area we particularly pride ourselves on.
As an organisation, Cheltenham BID is committed to recognising the best in Cheltenham, which makes it all the more special to be recognised by our fellow businesses and the public for our contribution to the town and its local economy.
It was lovely to share the awards ceremony with other like-minded local businesses and we enjoyed having the opportunity to meet and chat with them.
Overall, as a business based on offering a bespoke service to each of our clients, we were delighted to have been named winners in this category.
